When does this treatment help?
This session is ideal if you’re dealing with:

How we work
We begin with a short check-in to choose the right massage focus for your body – relaxing, deep tissue, lymphatic, or a mix. After the massage, you’ll be wrapped in the infrared sauna blanket for up to 30 minutes. Expect deep warmth, emotional release, and full-body reset.
